Some companies send out an adjuster to look at your car, others will let you “drive in” to a location and have an adjuster waiting for you. Dario D. Diaz, P.A. will assist you in making sure that your car is repaired correctly, will work to get you a rental car, and get your property damage claim settled quickly. There is no additional charge for Dario D. Diaz, P.A. working on the property damage claim; all fees are included with the personal injury claim.
In auto accident cases, your automobile insurance company pays for your medical bills and lost wages. Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance generally covers up to $10,000.00 for your medical bills and lost wages. The policies are different and some policies have up to a $2,000.00 deductible. A standard PIP policy will pay 80% of medical bills and 60% of lost wages.

Fees vary depending on whether the case settles prior to lawsuit, or if a lawsuit must be filed. In any situation, if you do not get a recovery, we do not collect any fees or costs.
There are cases where the insurance company does not offer adequate compensation to pay for your injuries. The reasons for a low settlement offer vary. If the insurance company makes an offer that is unacceptable to you, the only other remedy is to file a lawsuit and proceed through litigation. However, the choice of filing the lawsuit rests with you.
